Yoxa Dahm, born in Pakse the year the Lao civil war came to an end, Yoxa was raised by immigrant parents in the USA. As a resident of Luang Prabang for over 12 years, Yoxa has been embracing life as a mother and freelance writer. She loves reading, yoga and going to the movies.
