With support from a Lao Culture Fund Grant from SDC, a grant from the Heinrich Boll Foundation SE Asia Office and private donations we organised in 2023 several events and exhibitions:

February/March Artist Residency with Nilaka Sisombath

From March through May, Souphaluck Phongsavath organised in Savannakhet three Charcoal workshops, followed by an exhibition in Savannakhet and one at i:cat gallery in Vientiane in July. Link to video

We organized in August with Olivier Leduc Stein as moderator in Luang Prabang at Pha Tad Ke the workshop; “Lost jigsaw” with nine young Lao artists, brimming with talent & energy, thank you for everything you taught, shared with me, and each other, and so pleased that your gang is continuing to share with other young artists since the summer. I’m looking forward to “Lost Jigsaw 2”.
